Ahh, the feeling of utter defeat the morning after a Democratic win in the Hughes home. The newspaper remains unread on the table, the people surly. Delicious. I just hope Oprah will have some great insight to offer up and heal the broken ego's. I drove out of the house past the McCain sign, and chuckled to myself. That's not to say that I'm a huge Obama supporter, in fact I'm mostly just judging candidates on what matters least. I was never well-informed, so I was never strongly for one or the other. But can I help it if I enjoy the utter dejection just a little?
Last night I really didn't spend that much time watching the news, but when I did it was only turned to FOX news. The only thing I really was paying attention to was the fact that I couldn't focus on ANYTHING real because the people on the show were being uber annoying. At one point they were arguing with each other about who got a bigger board to point at. Oh Amurrica, the silly things you do with the silly people you're made up of.
