Well...

Today we had presentations. A lot of people actually volunteered, which was really nice because they took up most of the spots before names started getting drawn. I liked them for the most part, some people had some small comments I did not agree with, such as, if you support my charity the crime rate will go down. (That's paraphrased, obviously.) But on the whole I thought peoples speeches were really well done. Its going to be hard to decide who to donate money to, but hopefully we can donate to ourselves. I am hoping to not completely tank on my speech, since everyone was over three minutes in class and mine is like 2:55.524....roughly. But really, its going to be a struggle to actually convince people, I'm not such a great public speaker. I will end with a rough summation of part of JP's speech: I don't like poor people, so donate to my charity to get them off the streets and remove them as a drain on the society.
