Well...

So for this assignment I'm supposed to be talking about anything in the class so far. Using two hundred words. Which is ridiculous, seeing as how I have this class right before lunch which makes it hard to focus. (I get cranky when I'm hungry.) However, I think I can conjure up some topic and elaborate enough to keep LaMags from killing me.

Anyways, I think the thing that I have 'connected' with the most would be discussing the story aspect brought up by Patricia Hampl. I agree with this point she brings up because I see it in my own life. I love telling stories. My friends will tell you that I will make anything into an epic situation if only for the opportunity to tell it back later. There is nothing better than captivating an entire group of people and feeding them a story, word by word by word.

I also understand the shared reality between two people, created through stories. Even though I have never been in another person's exact situation, if they tell me what happened in their own words, I can try to understand. Even though I can't fully understand what it felt like for them, I can at least try.

So far this class has given me an alarming number of headaches. But, overall, I have at least survived.
